Vigor launches an AI sourcing assistant on its wholesale portal
Trade buyers can now search the catalog, compare gemstone specs and start quote requests by chatting with Vigor AI.

Today we launched Vigor AI, an assistant built into every page of the Vigor Online Wholesale Portal. Buyers can ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from our catalog and trade policies.
Vigor AI links straight to the relevant product pages, explains gem grades and metals, and walks new customers through opening a wholesale account.
The assistant is available 24 hours a day, so customers in every time zone can get answers without waiting for our office to open.
